Do you see or store what I type?
No. Your server answers requests in memory and writes no request logs. We don't train on anything and we don't share the server with other customers. We can't promise more than our setup allows: we do have admin access to the hardware, like every host.
How fast is it?
On the GPU servers, typical chat models answer at reading speed or faster. The CPU server is much slower and is meant for small models and light use.
Can I change the model later?
Yes. Any model that fits your server can be swapped in. It only needs to be downloaded again.
Why only some licenses?
We run the model for you and you pay us for it, so the model's license has to allow that. Models marked non-commercial or research-only are left out. Some licenses (Llama, Gemma) have their own rules, which you accept by using the model.
What can't I do with it?
Anything illegal, and anything our usage rules forbid. You get the model through a chat and an API, not root access to the server.
What if you can't deliver?
If your server isn't ready within 7 days of payment, you get your money back in full.
