1 Step 1

Welcome aboard

Your order is received and your machine is being prepared — securely wiped and freshly installed just for you.

2 Step 2

Being prepared

A human sets it up: secure wipe (previous data destroyed before handover), fresh install (Ubuntu with SSH, or Proxmox with a browser UI — as chosen at checkout), and hardware checks. Usually ready within a few hours.

We ping you on Telegram/X the moment it’s live.

3 Step 3

Access your machine

Credentials appear in your console once the box is live. Reveal the IP, port and root password, then connect by SSH (ssh root@IP -p PORT) or open the Proxmox UI link. Pinned cores and guaranteed RAM — never shared, never overcommitted.

4 Step 4

You’re all set

Everything lives in your console — credentials, power, reinstall. Log in with your ShadowNode account.

Troubleshooting

How long until it’s ready

Dedicated is human-provisioned — usually a few hours. You get a Telegram/X ping when it’s live.

Ubuntu or Proxmox

Ubuntu gives you SSH; Proxmox gives you a browser hypervisor UI to run your own VMs. Chosen at checkout.
